Armida van Rij Joins the Council

The Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Armida van Rij as a senior nonresident fellow on European security and politics. Van Rij, a senior research fellow at the Centre for European Reform in London, will join the Council’s roster of esteemed experts in contributing to the Council’s thought leadership, convening and research efforts.
