About This Event

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to sweep the globe, private and public sectors are facing increased cybersecurity threats. The massive shift to remote work brings the private sector a whole new set of challenges, while foreign actors continue to target the public sector, as noted in recent warnings from the FBI and CISA, and UK National Cyber Security Centre and CISA. As society becomes more digital, where is the balance between the two sectors and which side is responsible for keeping us safe? Should the government change how they approach these situations? The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's Bryan Ware and Motorola's Troy Mattern join the Council to share their perspectives on the public and private sector's roles in protecting the homeland in cyberspace.
