Lily Wojtowicz
Janne E. Nolan Nuclear Security Fellow, Truman Center
Lily Wojtowicz is the Janne E. Nolan Fellow for Nuclear Security and a PhD student at American University in the School for International Service's department of International Relations. Her research interests are nuclear deterrence, alliance management, Russian public opinion, and US-Russian relations. Wojtowicz is writing her dissertation on allied perceptions of US extended nuclear deterrence. She received a B.A. in International Relations from Beloit College and an M.A. in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Wojtowicz has previously worked for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, Brookhaven National Laboratory, the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, and the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation.
