Marko John Supronyuk

Marko John Supronyuk is a full-time MBA student at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a special assistant to Lt. Col. (ret.) Alexander Vindman and Col. (ret.) Eugene Vindman. He is passionate about Chicago's civic life and serves as a board member of Ukrainian-American organizations as well as the University of Chicago's Institute of Politics. Before returning to Chicago, Marko spent 8 years in academia, management consulting, and government relations in the United Kingdom and Washington, DC. He completed his undergraduate studies as a scholarship holder at the University of Edinburgh, where his dissertation was awarded the highest honors for field research amid armed conflict in Ukraine. Supronyuk continued his studies at the University of Oxford, where he researched financial corruption and crime as tools of Russian foreign policy. He was admitted to the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) in 2015 and is an avid reader of The Economist and The Atlantic.
