Deb Fiddelke has led strategic communications and government relations for some of the world’s most influential organizations. She served in the White House under President George W. Bush as a legislative liaison to the US Senate, focusing on the Foreign Relations and Armed Services Committees.

Jordan Stark

Working at the intersection of business, government, and public interests, Jordan Stark counsels clients on communications, coalition building, and crisis management. He formerly served as communications director for Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel during his time in the US Senate. Stark worked on a wide range of issues associated with Hagel’s activities as a senior member of various committees.

With a unique multicultural upbringing and an extensive entrepreneurial background, John Trainor was previously a publisher and general manager of the Chicago Tribune's Hoy newspaper. In this role, he oversaw the publication's editorial, circulation, operations, sales, marketing, and financial functions.

Tracey Yearwood joined enSanity Productions after previously working with the Chicago Urban League, the Illinois Department of Human Services, and various national cable news networks. She produced segments for the Oprah Winfrey Show and was an Ethel Payne Fellow in South Africa in 1998. She has studied in Italy and earned her BS in communications from Northwestern University.
