Anastasia Sendoun

Anastasia Sendoun joined the Chicago Council on Global Affairs in 2023 and is the assistant director of public programming. Prior to joining the Council, she worked as a legal assistant at an immigration law firm in Chicago, as well as at Ayuda, a non-profit that provides legal and social services to immigrants in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area.
Sendoun holds a BA in government and Spanish from Georgetown University and an MA in international relations from the University of Chicago. She has interned with the Inter-American Dialogue, the Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies, and the D.C. State Board of Education. She speaks Ukrainian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
