Seth Berkley

Dr. Seth Berkley has served as CEO of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, since 2011. During this time, he has used his experience, as an epidemiologist and expert in vaccine development, to lead Gavi in its mission to improve access to new and underused vaccines and improve coverage and equity in poor countries. Under his leadership, Gavi is co-convener in COVAX, the international mechanism to ensure global, equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines.
