Robert B. Zoellick

Robert B. Zoellick is a senior fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Zoellick was the 11th president of the World Bank Group from 2007 to 2012, US Trade Representative from 2001 to 2005, and Deputy Secretary of State from 2005 to 2006. Between 1985 and 1993, Zoellick served as counselor to the Secretary of the Treasury, and Under Secretary of State, as well as the White House Deputy Chief of Staff. He holds a BA from Swarthmore College and earned degrees from Harvard University.
