Penny Pritzker
US Special Representative for Ukraine’s Economic Recovery
Penny Pritzker, who served as US Secretary of Commerce in the Obama Administration from June 2013 through January 2017, was appointed the US Special Representative for Ukraine’s Economic Recovery by President Biden in September 2023. She is an entrepreneur, civic leader and philanthropist with more than 30 years of experience in numerous industries and is the founder and chair of PSP Capital and Pritzker Realty Group, a global private investment firm.
