Paramita Das serves as chief strategy officer and senior advisor at Stardust Power Inc., bringing over 20 years of experience in the global metals and mining sector. She previously spent eight years at Rio Tinto, the world's second largest metals and mining corporation, serving as global head of marketing, development and ESG for metals and minerals. Das has held several strategic leadership roles, including chief strategy officer for an operating consortium of Sumitomo Corporation, Itochu Corporation, and UACJ Consortium, and was head of strategic planning and performance at BP’s business unit. She also serves on the boards of Genco Shipping & Trading Limited and Coeur Mining, Inc.
