Lindsay Gorman

Lindsay Gorman is managing director and senior fellow at GMF Technology, where she leads work on US-China emerging-technology competition, artificial intelligence and democracy, and transatlantic innovation. A quantum physicist and computer scientist by training, she previously served as a White House senior adviser on emerging technology and national security at the Office of Science and Technology Policy and the National Security Council. There, she helped craft US technology competition strategy and led international initiatives for the US-EU Trade and Technology Council and the Quad, including founding and leading its AI cooperation workstream.
