Prior to joining Edmundite Missions, Latonyia Lawrence was previously the Food Service Director for Southern Foodservice Management, and owned and operated two Subway Sandwich shops in Lowndes County, Alabama. She received her Culinary Arts degree in Associate Applied Science from Trenholm State Community College.
