Jovita Neliupšienė
Ambassador of the European Union to the United States

Jovita Neliupšienė currently serves as the European Union's ambassador to the United States, having assumed the role in January 2024. Previously, she served as Lithuania's vice minister of foreign affairs from 2022 to 2023 and vice minister of economy and innovation from 2020 to 2022. In 2020, she held the position of chancellor and state secretary of Lithuania's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 2015 to 2020, Neliupšienė represented Lithuania as ambassador to the EU. Her earlier roles include chief foreign policy advisor to President Dalia Grybauskaite and various diplomatic positions within Lithuania's Foreign Ministry.
