Johnathan Martinez

Johnathan, a junior majoring in Agriculture, History, and Public Policy at the University of Missouri-Columbia, joined the Council's Center on Global Food and Agriculture as an intern in August 2023. Growing up in Raytown, Missouri, with immigrant parents, he developed a passion for food security in low-income Midwest households. In the future, he aims to attend law school to specialize in environmental law, working on policy improvements.
