With over 20 years of experience, Jennifer Martinez is a trusted leader in communications and public affairs. As Senior Director of Business Communications for the Chicago Cubs, she helps shape how the team connects with fans, media, and the community. Her career includes leadership roles at Molson Coors, the MacArthur Foundation, and CNA Insurance, where she built strategies that drive credibility and trust.
Jennifer’s public sector experience spans more than a decade with the City of Chicago, including serving as Deputy Press Secretary under Mayor Rahm Emanuel and managing crisis communications for the Office of Emergency Management and Communications. She also led communications for the Chicago NATO Host Committee during this major international event.
