Jason Kilkus

Jason Kilkus joined the Chicago Council on Global Affairs in 2019 as director, human resources. In his role, Kilkus serves as a business partner and is responsible for the strategy and implementation of human resources initiatives which support staff, organizational goals, and the value proposition of the Council. Prior to joining the Council, Kilkus served as director of human resources for the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and senior human resources manager at Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). He has had responsibility for domestic, international human resources programs and has worked in human resources leadership roles for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Kilkus earned a MS in human resources and a BA in political science and history from Loyola University Chicago.
