Gen. Wesley K. Clark

General Wesley Clark is a retired Four Star United States Army Officer. He commanded Operation Allied Force during the Kosovo War during his term as the Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO from 1997 to 2000. He is a graduate of West Point, a former Rhodes Scholar, and is presently a senior fellow at UCLA.
