Major General Harris is the director of integration and innovation at US Air Force Headquarters, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. In this position, he leads advanced efforts for future force design, data analytics, capability development integration, innovative solutions, disruptive technology, and Headquarters Air Force war-gaming across the total force for multi-domain concepts. Major General Harris received his commission from the University of Alabama in 1993.
