Alex Loo

Alex Loo is a director of originations at Hudson Realty Capital. He has over ten years of experience in debt capital markets and investment banking, primarily in healthcare and commercial real estate. Before Hudson, Loo was at Capital One and Ziegler Investment Bank—he started his career at the agency debt arm of Guggenheim Partners prior to its sale to SunTrust (now Truist). Loo was part of the American Senior Housing Association's rising leaders cohort and is active in the Urban Land Institute and National Investment Council (NIC). He graduated from George Washington University magna cum laude with a BA in international affairs and economics and was a visiting student at the University of Oxford (Pembroke College). Loo is pursuing an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he is involved in student government, social impact, and various financial services organizations.
