Nalini Prakash Hart is a principal at KPMG, after previously serving as a managing director in the firm's economic and valuation services practice, with a specific focus on transfer pricing.  Prakash Hart has over 15 years of experience assisting multinational corporations navigate the regulatory landscape for cross-border intercompany transaction flows and has built and delivered complex transfer pricing solutions to assist clients in planning, documenting, and supporting their intercompany transactions and policies. She supports KPMG’s Family for Literacy program, working with KPMG tax partners and managing directors to secure donations towards the Chicago office’s goal of donating the one-millionth book to area children by 2020. Prakash Hart grew up in the diplomatic corps and has lived in Ethiopia, Japan, Vietnam, India, and Italy. She received her BA in economics and psychology from Knox College, graduating summa cum laude, and earned an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with concentrations in finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
