At Fisher Phillips, Logan Booth advises clients on matters involving data privacy and cybersecurity, high-stakes investigations, compliance with federal and state employment statutes, and the development of robust workplace policies.

He began his career as a transactional attorney, counseling clients on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and securities offerings. Booth also spent five years as a management consultant, where he applied his multi-disciplinary background to help organizations navigate issues at the nexus of law, commerce, and public policy. He is adept at designing and deploying customized solutions that address his clients’ operational, financial, and reputational needs, while successfully advancing their broader strategic objectives.

Booth has significant experience counseling executives and boards through investigations, designing comprehensive campaigns for litigation and labor-related issues, and facilitating leadership transitions and organizational redesigns. He has represented businesses in the aerospace & defense, agricultural, energy, financial services, healthcare & life sciences, technology, and transportation sectors.

Booth earned his BA and MA from New York University, his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and his JD from Columbia Law School.

In addition to his civilian career, Booth is an officer in the US Navy Reserve, where he has served in both the intelligence and public affairs communities. He also served as a fellow in the Chicago Mayor's Office during COVID-19, where he helped deploy the city's public health response to the pandemic. He is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and New York.
