Logan Booth

Logan Booth is a Senior Vice President at Trident DMG where he provides multi-disciplinary counsel on business-critical issues at the intersection of law, policy, and commerce. He focuses on designing and operationalizing customized solutions that address his clients’ reputational, operational, and financial needs, while also advancing their broader strategic objectives. 

He has significant experience counseling executives and boards through government and regulatory investigations, designing comprehensive communications campaigns for complex litigation, labor unionization and cybersecurity issues, guiding organizations through cross-border financial transactions, advising companies on market-entry considerations, helping contend with activist shareholders, and facilitating leadership transitions and organizational redesigns. He has served clients across the aerospace and defense, agricultural, energy and renewables, financial services, government, healthcare and life sciences, retail and consumer, technology, media and telecommunications, and transportation and logistics sectors. 

Booth earned his B.A. and M.A. from New York University, his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School. 

In addition to his civilian career, Booth is an officer in the US Navy Reserve, where he has served in both the intelligence and public affairs communities. He is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and New York.
