Karla Ruth Orozco Toledano

Karla Ruth Orozco Toledano has over a decade of experience in international affairs, trade, and economic diplomacy, with a strong focus on China–Latin America relations. She currently serves at World Business Chicago (WBC), where she promotes Chicago as an inclusive global economic hub and supports foreign companies expanding across the Chicagoland region. She holds a double-degree Master’s in International Affairs from Peking University and the London School of Economics and previously served as Consul for Economic and Public Affairs at the Mexican Consulate in Guangzhou. Her experience includes participation in a Mexican presidential visit to China and serving as liaison to the Chinese President during the G20 Summit in Los Cabos, bridging diplomacy and global investment.
