Juan P. Rossi

Juan P Rossi (JP) is a vice president for the nutrition division at Archer Daniels Midland, based out of Chicago. He has over 20 years of combined international experience in the agricultural, food, and beverages industries with a relevant background in general management, strategy, commercial, trading, supply chain management, sales, and marketing.
He has full P&L accountability for several global ingredients businesses while also being responsible for the growth of the sweet goods and dairy segment globally. Before joining ADM, he served for more than 18 years at Cargill, in a variety of roles across different businesses and regions.
He is the co-chair of the Hispanic-Latino ERG at Archer Daniels Midland, with a focus on advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace for the Hispanic-Latino community.
He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina, with a specialization in agri-business. He has also been active in many industry associations in South and North America across his career. He is originally from Argentina and has been in the United States for the last 10 years.
