Edgar Delgado
Eastern Region Director, Federal Executive Boards
Edgar Delgado serves as the eastern regional director for the Federal Executive Boards where he oversees a 13-state region. In addition to managing regional staff, he is responsible for uniting top federal executives within the region, providing platforms for leaders to unite under a shared vision of government service that is efficient, collaborative, and community-focused. This leadership ensures that the collective efforts of the FEBs not only advance federal operations but also significantly contribute to the well-being and support of local communities.
In his prior role, Delgado was the executive director of the Chicago Federal Executive Board (CFEB). He convened the heads of federal agencies and connected the federal community for collaboration and cost savings. He oversaw the execution of various programs such as emergency preparedness, employee safety, and workforce development, and facilitated large interagency projects.
Delgado is a Chicago native and United States Air Force (USAF) veteran. During his time in the USAF, he deployed numerous times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Delgado holds a B.A. in finance from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
