Agneis Schultz
Vice President, Community Innovation and Impact, YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago
Agneis Schultz serves as the vice president of community innovation and impact at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. In her role, she leads holistic wellness efforts tailored to support each of the diverse communities that the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago serves. Her portfolio includes work in health equity, food security, and digital equity space where she works with her team to partner with communities and connect them with vital resources. Through these programs, she supports the Y in fulfilling its mission to help all people find their purpose, potential, and each other. She has served as a board member for Unlocking Communities and an active member of Chicago’s Digital Equity Coalition, working to close the digital divide in Chicagoland. In 2018, Schultz received the State of Illinois Diversity, Inclusion, and Global Award. She was named a YMCA Change Agent, a global leadership development program aiming to empower young leaders as change-makers in their communities, and is a proud alumnus of the Emerging Global Leaders Institute. Schultz received a Bachelor of Science in food science from the University of Illinois Champaign Urbana.
