In a private roundtable discussion, H.E. Antonis Alexandridis, Ambassador of Greece to the United States, will share his insights and perspectives on the status of US-Greece relations and the different dimensions of this strategic partnership. This discussion, moderated by Tom Wyler, a board member at the Council and a partner at Hakluyt & Company, will allow for further conversation on how this unique alliance plays a part in the future of the transatlantic relationship which is currently in question.

Antonis Alexandridis
Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to the US
Antonis Alexandridis is the Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to the US, appointed to the position in 2026. A career diplomat, he previously served as Ambassador to France and the United Arab Emirates among other international postings.
Tom Wyler
Partner, Hakluyt & Company
Tom Wyler is a board member at the Chicago Council and a partner at Hakluyt & Company, a global strategic advisory firm. Previously, he was senior vice president for global strategy at PSP Capital, and during the Obama administration, he served as counselor and senior advisor for international economics to the US Secretary of Commerce.
