About the Hart Program Series
The Hart family established the Hart Program Series on Latin America in honor of Augustin “Gus” Hart, a former chairman of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. Previously, the program existed as a fellowship for emerging leaders from Latin America and the Caribbean. The program series explores key issues in the Latin American and Caribbean region while highlighting and deepening Chicago’s ties with the region.
