Sam Dong
Intern

Sam Dong joined the Chicago Council as a public opinion and US foreign policy intern in January 2025. He is a DPhil (PhD) candidate in international relations at the University of Oxford, where he studies institutional change in the global order. Dong’s prior experience includes research in law and economics at the Yale Law School. He holds a BA in economics from the University of Chicago, and is interested more generally in the evolution of the international political economy.
