Rachel Abrams
Global Cities Officer

Rachel Abrams joined the Chicago Council on Global Affairs in 2020 and serves as the global cities officer. In this role, she supports Global Cities collaborations, including with mayors' offices around the world and strategic institutional partners. She oversees the Mayor's Roundtable, workshops at the Pritzker Forum on Global Cities, and assists with Global Cities programming throughout the year. Prior to joining the Council, she interned at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and worked at the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Abrams holds a BA in international studies and political science from the University of Miami.
