Nikos Dendias
Minister of National Defense of the Hellenic Republic
Nikos Dendias currently serves as Greece’s Minister of National Defense. A member of the New Democracy party, he was first elected to Parliament in 2004. Dendias has held several ministerial positions throughout his career, including Minister of Justice, Public Order and Citizen Protection, Development and Competitiveness, and National Defense. Dendias also served as Greece's Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2019 to 2023 before returning to his role as Minister of National Defense in June 2023.
