Amy Laboy
Vice President of Programs, Greater Chicago Food Depository
Amy Laboy is the vice president of programs at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. In her role, Amy leads teams that develop and execute programs to expand food access across Cook County, while also working with community partners to address the root causes of hunger. Amy has over 20 years of non-profit experience specifically in program design and implementation, community engagement, training, capacity building and fundraising. Prior to joining the Greater Chicago Food Depository in 2014, she worked in disability services, developing programming to promote skill-building and community engagement for adults with disabilities. She is also a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow and serves on the board for the National Association of Nutrition and Aging Services.
