Jacques Philoctete

Jacques Philoctete is a banker in the Chicago office of JP Morgan Private Bank. He has an affinity for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing and is experienced in helping clients who desire to align wealth with their personal priorities. Before joining JP Morgan, Philoctete was a private wealth advisor at Goldman Sachs, implementing and monitoring strategic portfolios for high-net-worth families. Previously, he was in the global markets division at Goldman, with a focus on financial valuation reporting for institutional clients. Philoctete is passionate about lifting up under-served communities. During his college years, he founded Help Youth, a grassroots organization providing academic and emotional support to earthquake-impacted students in the Caribbean. Currently, Philoctete serves on the alumni board of the Management Leadership for Tomorrow, the Associate Board of Ambassadors Chicago of the American Cancer Society, and the board of the Help Youth non-profit organization. He earned a BA in economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
