Tanya is the president of the Polsky Foundation, founder of Our Home Ukraine, and co-founder of the BRCA Research & Cure Alliance (CureBRCA), among other organizations. Michael is the founder and CEO of Invenergy, the world’s largest privately held energy solutions company. He also established the WRI Polsky Center for the Global Energy Transition and the Polsky Energy Transition Leadership Academy at the University of Chicago.

At Goldman Sachs, Regina Cross leads a team that works closely with family offices, foundations, and endowments to provide customized financial advisory, portfolio optimization solutions across all asset classes, and incorporates impact investing tailored to clients’ missions and values. Previously, Cross was the brand CFO for the US Affiliate Neuroscience Business Unit of Eli Lilly and Company.
