Explore the world of sparkling wine with fellow EL alumni. Wine enthusiasts and novices alike will learn about the production and difference between champagne, cava, and prosecco from Dan Levin, certified sommelier and 2018 EL alum.

Whether you are looking for the right bottle to celebrate Valentine’s Day, to toast the Council’s 100th anniversary, or to cap off a week of surviving challenging times, we look forward to bringing EL alumni together in the community. Please purchase the following wines to participate in the tasting: Champagne, Cava, and prosecco.
