Ted Souder is the co-founder and CEO of Quoin.ai, an agentic diligence platform redefining how leaders access, synthesize, and apply intelligence in a rapidly changing global economy.
Prior to co-founding Quoin.ai, Souder was one of Google’s earliest employees and spent more than two decades helping to scale the company from a startup to a global leader. He led high-performing teams in Chicago and Paris and advised major organizations across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa on search, mobile, video, cloud, and the early evolution of AI.
Today, Souder operates at the intersection of technology, geopolitics, and economic transformation. He serves on the board of 1871, one of the world’s leading tech innovation communities. He's also a member of the National University of Singapore’s Global Council and a partner at HTAT Safaris, which operates in Southern and Eastern Africa.
