Seth Anderson

Seth Anderson is a principal and corporate counsel at Kearney, based out of Chicago. His industry expertise is primarily focused on aerospace, transportation, defense, and industrial sectors with deep functional expertise in strategy, transformations, operating models, strategic operations, and supply chains. As a senior consultant, his responsibilities include ownership of concurrent, multi-project delivery and client relationship development including budgeting, schedule execution, quality assurance compliance, and direct contributions to Kearney’s growth and revenue targets.

As a licensed attorney, Anderson provides legal counsel on special projects for Kearney’s board of directors and global operating committee, including corporate governance, strategy development, and M&A activities. He's a strong believer in harnessing private industry’s power and influence to promote meaningful societal progress. He co-leads social impact and pro bono programs administration for Kearney’s Americas region which includes efforts across the western hemisphere.

Anderson received a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Morehouse College where he graduated summa cum laude and became a Phi Beta Kappa member. He received his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law and Kellogg School of Management respectively. Anderson’s professional experience includes previous employment at Goldman Sachs, United Airlines, Delta Airlines, Old Dominion Freight Lines, and current small business ownership.
