Sarah Boyle
Deputy Director, Chicago Police Department
Sarah Boyle currently serves as the deputy director of strategic planning in the Office of the Superintendent at the Chicago Police Department. She is responsible for managing and implementing high-profile projects that include organizational development, increased technology capacity, and strengthening city-wide partnerships. Most recently, she’s worked on implementing CPD's Crime Gun Intelligence Center (CGIC) and revitalizing the department's forensic division.
Previously, Boyle served as the interim chief of staff for Interim Superintendent Waller and as a project strategy manager responsible for implementing the Chicago Police Department's Consent Decree.
Boyle holds a master's degree in public policy from the Harris School at the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in geography and international relations from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
