Mariam Huss
Founder and Human Capital Managing Partner, Axxum Consulting
Mariam Huss is the founder of Axxum Consulting, a professional services firm supporting clients' needs on human capital, value creation, and talent placement. With over 20 years of experience in organizational design, M&A, technology, and process improvement initiatives, she has taught global change at Northwestern University and is a keynote speaker on change management and leadership development. She was the first female president of the French American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago and is currently a trustee at Lycée Français de Chicago.
Huss holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from IPAG Paris and an MBA from Université Laval in Canada. She was born and raised in France and is fluent in French, English, and Puular (a Senegalese dialect), and has traveled to more than 20 countries.
