Kuliva N. Wilburn

Kuliva Wilburn is the CEO of Wilburn Strategic Solutions, and was previously the senior program officer for health at the Chicago Community Trust. Before working at the Trust, Wilburn worked at Access Community Health Network as their manager of planning and development, at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration as a technical writer, at the American Association for the Advancement of Science as a science policy analyst, and with Merck & Co. Inc, as a protein biochemist. Wilburn holds a BS in biochemistry from Drexel University and an MA in public health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is currently a doctoral student in the DrPH division at the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health.
