Kay Fillingham

Kay Fillingham is a risk management professional with experience providing strategic advice and analysis to international organizations, government institutions, and the financial sector. She served in a range of national security, intelligence, and policy roles in the US government for over 10 years before transitioning to the private sector. Currently, she oversees strategy, data and analytics, risk, operations, employee experience, financials, and technology for the legal and regulatory compliance function at BMO Financial Group. Fillingham held roles in the Bank’s Enterprise Regulatory Office, Treasury Payments & Solutions group, and US Anti-Money Laundering Office prior to her current role.
Fillingham is a current fellow at the Committee for Economic Development, the public policy center of the Conference Board. She was elected to the Glen Ellyn Public Library’s board of trustees, and she is also a Trustee of the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, where she received her BA in International Studies and Spanish and her MA in international development.
