Joe Frost

Joe Frost is a team leader and broker with Aon’s Cyber Solutions Technology E&O and Cyber Broking team in Chicago, where he also serves as the Middle Market Leader for the Midwest Region. In this capacity, he manages a team of eight professionals and advises clients on cyber, professional liability, technology, and media risks. His work includes identifying exposures, managing insurance market relationships, developing tailored risk transfer strategies, and overseeing policy execution and servicing. 

Frost’s expertise spans placing cyber coverage for clients across the defense, manufacturing, technology, construction, and healthcare industries. He also co-leads the Central Region’s coordination between Aon’s Federal Government Practice, the construction and infrastructure group, and Aon’s Cyber Solutions Group. 

Before joining Aon’s Cyber Solutions team in 2022, Frost served as a Captain in the United States Army, working as an engineer officer from 2017 until January 2022. He began his professional career as a financial analyst at Aon before entering the military.
