Jason S. Carter

In his previous role at Novartis Consumer Health, Jason Carter was a strategic advisor to the consumer health division, guiding various domestic and international issues. His work covered corporate governance, business development, compliance in sales and marketing, and government affairs. He also represented the company before federal regulatory agencies.
An experienced legal advisor in regulated industries, Carter has also counseled several Fortune 500 companies, including Baxter International, Inc. During law school, he studied in Singapore and China and was awarded a full-tuition merit-based fellowship as an Advanced Opportunity Fellow. He holds a BA with honors from Temple University and a JD from the University of Wisconsin–Madison Law School.
