Eliot Dam

As founder and CEO of Roads United, Eliot Dam offers a wealth of global product management, business development, and leadership experience in numerous technology markets, including connected vehicles, smart infrastructure, wireless telecommunications, mobile application development, and geospatial analytics.

Previously, he was the director of product management at Nokia, where he was responsible for the company's local search and small business service strategy worldwide. He also led Chicago-based NAVTEQ's mapping and navigation content business throughout Latin America and delivered the company's first pedestrian and public transit data products. Damn has been working in wireless and Internet technology in Chicago since 1996 during which time he launched and grew a global wireless networking and services business. He earned a BA in sociology and anthropology from Kenyon College in Ohio and an MBA with a concentration in marketing and strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
