Constance Bowen is the head of workplace strategy and project management at Northern Trust. Northern Trust is a leading provider of wealth management, asset servicing, and asset management headquartered in Chicago. As a director of workplace change, activating a differentiated and human-centered experience is central to her practice. She delivers solutions for a global portfolio that support corporate objectives with impactful results.

In an increasingly evolving workplace, Bowen's current focus is on the future of work or defining the core value of Northern's corporate real estate, hybrid technology, and managing the risks of escalating costs. In her tenure, she has governed a range of strategic initiatives and capital projects, most recently campus transformations in the US and EMEA. In this capacity, she collaborates with business leaders and guides a team of interdisciplinary experts to develop and deliver high-quality environments.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Bowen served in a variety of capacities at Bank of America, including driving workplace efficiency by supporting merger transitions, portfolio optimization, and client relationship management. Bowen has a BFA in interior design and an MCR.W, certifying her expertise in workplace strategy methodologies and practice.

Bowen currently serves on the executive committee of CoreNet Chicago and has a deep appreciation for the Art Institute, the Garfield Conservatory, Stony Island Arts Bank, and Chicago’s lakefront trail.
