Brian Peckrill
Executive Director, William G. McGowan Charitable Fund
Before his role as executive director, Brian Peckrill served as the fellows’ program director, where he was responsible for designing and implementing forward-thinking, ethics-focused experiences for top MBA students, as well as fostering an active and engaged alumni community of young business leaders as they embark on and manage their careers.
Prior to joining the McGowan Fund, Peckrill was vice president of WorldChicago, a Chicago-based nonprofit focused on engaging the world in person-to-person exchange-based, capacity-building projects. He oversaw all aspects of program planning and business development, in addition to designing and executing leadership training programs across the globe, from Chicago to Ukraine, North Macedonia, and Japan.
Outside of McGowan, Peckrill has taken on numerous leadership roles. He serves on Independent Sector’s public policy committee, is an advisory board member of the Golub Capital Board Fellows Program, and a board member of WorldChicago.
He has a bachelor’s degree in English from Wheaton College and an MPA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
