Abbie Castiglione
President, DT Institute
Abbie Castiglione serves as president of DT Institute, advancing the organization’s mission to partner with local communities and leaders to build more open, informed, and peaceful societies. She has brought over a decade of experience in strategy, finance, operations, and donor engagement across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
Before joining DT Institute, Castiglione spent ten years at the University of Chicago’s Crime Lab and Education Lab, where she helped transform a startup into a nationally recognized research and policy center. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in industrial/organizational psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a BS in business management from DePaul University.
