Or at least as far as getting the talent to work there.
For the first time in almost 30 years, we have more people rejecting to come work for us than accepting. My reasons:
1. The job market is fantastic 2. People are figuring out that money is not everything. 3. On top of that, IB is not miles above every other industry out there, like they used to be even 15 years ago. 4. People care more about reducing stress in their lives. IB culture has NOT changed. 5. One thing the Millennials are doing right.
