Yah I passed on all of it. Not a fan of RP and that's what this is mainly for.

I picked up a couple house items so far, but it's slow going between the limited quests/timers and all the crashing/freezing in Bree
The treasure hunt quests in Shire at the party tree are geared for someone who's level 100 or higher since it wants you to go into deep high level areas to explore/kill/search
Even my lvl 90 Hunter can't do them all so I bailed.
Edit - Duh, there are lower level ones available too just in Eriador.

Thanks, that's my main hobby now, just collecting housing stuff.
Lot of that I've had for years, and recently added about 20 new items since I started playing again.
Good thing I have the bigger house now that I can put it all in, I still have about 30 items in storage that are duplicates or extra music.
I even lost a few things somehow, I had a custom mushroom plant I got from a festival about 10 years ago and 4 50lb salmon trophies that went *poof* at some point.

I hit the wall, no way I can go past year 5 due to the high level requirements of the only quests I can see, otherwise I raked in a ton of new deco, and need about 20 more tokens to flush out a couple more items.

Well, they patched something today and good news, there is another NPC at the party tree that offers the "Eriador' versions of the yearly quests, talk with her FIRST! She's named as someone's Niece.
These are for lower levels and have less things to tick off with mostly the same housing rewards, except for the huge geo stone I got in the hard version.
Now I just need to repeat 2-5 on the easy modes ones and I can continue up to 12!
